What is mySGMS?

mySGMS is an online service that offers SonicWALL Resellers the opportunity to manage their clients' firewalls without having the need to purchase, install and maintain SonicWALL's Global Management System (GMS).

mySGMS allows SonicWALL Resellers to rent the GMS platform on a per licence basis.

Remote management » Without needing to visit your customers' premises, all necessary policy changes and firmware upgrades can be applied via your SonicWALL GMS interface.

Real-time reports » Generates a wide range of informative real-time statistics, where the customer can view them online or receive the reports via email.

Centralised, Secure Management » mySGMS provides consolidated management and monitoring of multiple remote SonicWALL firewalls, allowing a single network administrator to maintain the security policies for these appliances from a central location.

How it works

  • The client's firewall will be registered with mySGMS through our Reseller online procedures.
  • Every data packet that enters or leaves your client's firewall will be recorded automatically by mySGMS.
  • mySGMS will analyse the packets and create reports in real time.
  • Logging into your personalised area you will be able to view your client's account details including their company details and firewall information.
  • Your client can logon direct to view real-time firewall reports.

This service is for anyone who provides SonicWALL managed security services to customer's using these SonicWALL appliances.
